<h3>Mit wem arbeite ich zusammen?</h3> DasTeam entwickelt die Cloud-Version unseres erfolgreichen Produkts Agile Hive, einem Jira Cloud Forge Plugin, welches Unternehmen dabei unterstützt, ihre Aufgaben im SAFe Framework zu organisieren. Wenn also ein großes Projekt ansteht, kann man Agile Hive verwenden, um Aufgaben und Abhängigkeiten zwischen agilen Teams zu visualisieren und zu dokumentieren. Wir selbst sind allerdings gar nicht so groß – sechs Entwickler*, zwei UXler*, ein PO und ein Agile Coach werden dein neues, interdisziplinäres Team sein. Unser Produkt ist an vielen Stellen noch ganz am Anfang und in der EAP Phase (“Early Access Program”). Das bedeutet einfach, dass ausgewählte Kunden bereits Zugriff haben und uns schon während der Entstehungsphase wertvolles Feedback geben können. Das große erste Release steht aber noch bevor – es gibt also viel zu tun und du hast die Möglichkeit, das Projekt (fast) von Anfang an aktiv mitzugestalten. <h3>Welche Aufgaben erwarten mich?</h3> Technisch ist unsere Anwendung TypeScript all-the-way. Der Großteil der Anwendung wird mit React Komponenten aus unserer Komponentenbibliothek abgebildet, die wir Schritt für Schritt erweitern und verbessern. You will support our team in contributing to the project SiVeGCS: „Koordination und Sicherstellung der weiteren Verfügbarkeit der Supercomputing-Ressourcen des Gauss Centers for Supercomputing (GCS)- and at the same time shaping the HLRS-s training concept. <ul> <li>Autonomous research in the area of HPC and AI: Big data analytics, artificial intelligence, emerging computer architectures and domain-specific technologies. </li> <li>Analyzing and developing further the training curriculum of the Gauss Centre for Supercomputing (GCS2) in cooperation with training experts at the federal high-performance computing centers in Garching near Munich (LRZ3) and Jülich (JSC4). </li> <li>Development of new courses and modules that represent the current state of research. </li> <li>Teaching and support of participants in our courses. </li> <li>Creation, supervision and assessment of exercises and examinations. </li> <li>Strengthening the visibility of our course program (especially for industry).</li> </ul> <ul> <li>You have successfully completed a university degree in the area of engineering, natural sciences, mathematics, computer science, or a comparable qualification with a technical focus. </li> <li>You are experienced with AI workloads and have knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch). </li> <li>You have good programming skills in at least one established high-level language (e.g. Python, C/C++, Fortran) and experience with parallel programming paradigms. </li> <li>Are familiar with Linux-based systems. </li> <li>Relevant experience in designing and conducting workshops or tutorials. </li> <li>Very good communication skills also towards large audiences. You enjoy interacting with people. </li> <li>You are able to work in a team; and at the same time, you can work independently and pragmatically. </li> <li>You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.</li> </ul> Ideally, your profile is supplemented by: <ul> <li>Experience with software containers. </li> <li>Experience with batch and workload management systems, parallel file systems (e.g. Lustre), heterogeneous HPC clusters with GPUs, or FPGAs. </li> <li>Experience with content management systems such as Typo3. </li> <li>Experience with larger software packages such as the learning platform ILIAS.</li> <li>Experience with working in research projects (also EU-projects) and writing project proposals.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>A professional working environment in a friendly, highly motivated and collaborative international team. </li> <li>Flexible working hours and 30 days paid leave per year (plus the public holidays in the state of BW, also 24. and 31.12.). </li> <li>The possibility of remote work (German: „ortsunabhängiges Arbeiten-) generally up to 60%. Employment in this position is limited to the duration of the SiVeGCS project, which is scheduled to run until 31.12.2032. Salary for this position is based on TV-L 13. When possible, HLRS is committed to supporting and retaining talented people even at the conclusion of projects. Before the project ends, HLRS will examine what possibilities might exist for extending your contract based on funding that is available at that time.
