Proclinical is seeking a Lead Web Developer to join a dynamic team focused on developing cutting-edge autonomous driving technology and solutions for private ground applications. In this role, you will contribute to the definition, architecture, integration, development, testing, and deployment of a web platform for automated driving solutions in yard logistics and car manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
Develop web applications from scratch through production, deployment, and operations. Create architecture, designs, and documentation to ensure system reliability, scalability, security, and performance. Oversee front-end and back-end architecture and development. Define, implement, and maintain data models and interfaces. Set up a development pipeline including continuous integration and deployment. Support the full product life-cycle. Actively contribute to software source code development. Lead technical aspects of web development. Support project planning in coordination with the product owner and line manager. Ensure Agile software development and manage the technical backlog. Coordinate development efforts with team members and other teams. Oversee software development and testing during all project phases. Maintain the highest quality standards throughout the product life cycle. Key Skills and Requirements:
Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in designing, building, and operating web applications. Understanding of architecture patterns like microservices and event-based architecture. Experience with frontend programming languages and frameworks such as NextJS, ReactJS, AngularJS, CSS, and HTML. Proficiency in backend programming with NodeJS, ExpressJS, or Rust, and microservices architecture. Expertise in database technologies like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and NoSQL MongoDB. Familiarity with IaaS solutions like Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and MS Azure. Experience with message broker technology (Kafka, MQTT), REST API, WebSocket, or GraphQL development. Integration experience with enterprise software like SAP or other CRM, ERM systems. Fluency in spoken and written communication. Up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies. Experience with technical project management and resource management. Self-organized, solution-oriented, communicative team player with initiative.
