The site in is growing and for our Biologics organization, we are currently looking for a Team Lead to join the Buffer Production Team in , our recently launched unique biological manufacturing and development concept. In this role, you will manage and coach a team of bioprocess engineers. Half the team focuses on the MES automation of the of manufacturing processes and the other half on MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) related activities. Half the team has the overall responsibility for the creation and improvement of electronic master recipes on the respective equipment and the implementation of other automated processes. The other half will be responsible for the successful transfer, scale up, supervision and optimization of biopharma processes. The manufacturing execution with regard to safety, quality and on-time-in-full delivery will be your key measure. You will interact with an interdisciplinary team of project leaders, supervisors, MES and DeltaV specialists and you will be accountable for the performance and results of the assigned projects.
