Ensure Equipment Reliability - Manufacturing Excellence

Our client is a leading biopharmaceutical company, renowned for its globally recognized product portfolio. To support a significant ongoing investment project, we are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join their Manufacturing & Technical Services Team.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement reliability procedures and initiatives in alignment with the Global Reliability Excellence program.
• Analyze equipment failure data to identify patterns and trends, implementing preventive solutions to improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Metrology teams to gather critical data and insights.
• Conduct root cause analyses and design new maintenance procedures.
• Identify and introduce new technologies to enhance equipment performance.
• Manage obsolescence by developing and executing replacement or upgrade plans.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and visual management tools to monitor activity efficiency.
• Prepare and present reports on the Global Reliability Excellence program’s status, benefits, and opportunities.
• Lead asset evaluations and integrate EOHSS standards into reliability planning.

This specific assignment shall be started ASAP / Mid-February 25 and is planned for 1 year!

Your Profile

• Experience: Over 5 years in reliability, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Education: Diploma in Reliability, Maintenance, or a related field.
• Skills: Proficient in cGxP requirements, CMMS management, and regulatory guidelines such as 21 CFR Part 11 and EU-GMP. Strong data management, reporting, and KPI development expertise.
• Competencies:
  - Proactive and adaptable.
  - Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills.
  - Excellent team spirit and ability to influence in a matrixed organization.

• Familiarity with Lean principles, 5S, and visual management tools.

• Languages: Fluency in English and French.
• IT Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office, MS Project, ERP, and reporting tools.
