We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join us for a 1.5-year project focused on digital transformation in HR. If you’re certified, skilled in ServiceNow, and excited to lead impactful change, this could be your next role!

Your Role:

• Collaborate with HR to drive digital transformation within ServiceNow’s HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Shape customer requirements and develop detailed specifications.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, integrating with backend systems like Workday.
• Analyze complex data flows, creating effective IT integrations across HR systems.
• Lead workshops and expert meetings, bridging technology and business needs.
• Guide development teams, serving as a mediator throughout the implementation process.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in ServiceNow projects as a technical consultant or solution architect.
• Extensive ServiceNow knowledge, particularly in automating incident, change, and service management processes.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS-HRSD) and ITIL 4 certification.
• Fluent German is essential
• Strong communication, team leadership, and customer engagement skills.
