For an innovative company in the Basel area, we are looking for a Senior Python Developer with extensive experience who will take responsibility for developing complex software solutions and leading a technical team.
Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of scalable Python applications with a focus on software architecture Creation of RESTful APIs for integration with various systems and data sources Analysis and optimization of data structures, especially in JSON formats and graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) Technical leadership of projects and coordination of development activities Ensuring code quality through reviews and implementation of best practices Close collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement innovative solutions Requirements:
Completed degree in Computer Science or related fields At least 5 years of experience in software development with Python In-depth knowledge of web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) Solid experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON data formats Knowledge of graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) and their implementation Very good understanding of software architecture, including common design patterns Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and Continuous Integration/Deployment Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking Very good English skills are essential Benefits:
