How you can make an impact
Develop and implement standard service solutions (especially modernizations and digital solutions) with customers, suppliers, engineering, purchasing, sales and management Manage a significant budget, strategically allocating resources to maximize return on investment and ensure effective reporting and financial accountability Continuously analyze the market, as well as customer and competition together with sales team and implement customer needs in innovative product Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure that product strategies are cohesive and aligned with overall business objectives Stay at the forefront of railway industry trends and innovations adapting strategies to maintain competitiveness and brand leadership Represent Stadler as an ambassador in regular contact with customers and actively maintain this relationship Evaluate and define the international product strategy together with the top management and sales team Train Stadler organization in new service products and implement standard material like product descriptions, offer templates etc. How you will contribute
Completed studies in the field of transport systems, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or economics Professional experience in industry, ideally in sales, product management and/or service Experience/further training in product management Experience in railway is seen as a big plus Open and communicative Good knowledge of German and English, other languages are an advantage Independent working style, analytical ability and willingness to make a move forward Willingness to travel across Europe (20%) I am happy to help
