Regional Marketing Manager Central & East (d/f/m)

For our Business Unit Consumer Goods we are currently looking for a Regional Marketing Manager Bathroom Tissue (BRT) Central & Eastern Europe(d/f/m) in full-time and unlimited contract. The position is preferably based in countries with key regional offices of our region CE&EE.

Your Role

  • Supervise and steer multiple markets to grow market shares of leading brands in the BRT category across the Central and EAST region including developing, managing and implementing brand strategies, marketing plans and activities in line with regional, global and/or Business Unit guidelines.

  • Participate and/or lead regional and/or European BRT projects, oversees regional product launch processes according to agreed plans and within assigned budget.

  • Contribute to the global brand development work and support the Regional Marketing Director in representing region Central & East BRT on European level, also in overarching topics/ projects.

  • Manage assigned category A&P budget in alignment with Regional Marketing Director and within regional priorities - allocate this across region Central & East and to different marketing activities.

  • Support the development and/or adaptation of brand marketing communication materials across channels and products, including local requirements fit and secure efficient and effective communication for each market activity.

  • Lead, direct and develop your own team & steer multiple cross-functional teams, ensure they have right market/brand/product and/or service knowledge (incl. delivering of trainings).

  • You Identify Yourself With

  • Min. 10-15 years’ work experience in a senior Marketing role in branded Top FMCG Marketing with relevant experience in managing multiple brands across geographies – additional Sales experience of advantage.

  • Very strongly experienced in leading direct and indirect teams, across countries and multiple locations and team-oriented way of working. Highly collaborative in line- and matrix organization.

  • Strong strategic, analytical skills and very holistic thinker with proven ability in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive the P&L and deliver market share growth results.

  • Outstanding brand development and Marketing mix skills (including strong digital experience)

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively to various stakeholders, knowing what is relevant and being able to provide it in an understandable way in English (German is an advantage) and willingness to travel.

  • Keen sense for consumer and customer needs as well as for brand equity management.
