Your Responsibilities
You define and update quality tools to conduct risk analysis during the development and production phases (FMEA system, Design, Process) You create and update quality system specifications and tools : processes and work instructions, forms, etc... You facilitate and moderate risks analysis sessions (FMEA system, Design, Process, Functional Analysis) You are in charge of the training of key users You define the priorities and initiate the projects when FMEA is not systematically available (FMEA generic program) You monitor action plans resulting from FMEA You ensure the establishment of product and process surveillance plans related to risks arising from FMEA You develop and monitor the KPIs for process optimization You ensure the update of FMEA as part of non-conformity management (lessons learned) You study the standards and customer specifications to establish surveillance on the FMEA methodology You participate in experience feedback meetings within the group Your Profile
You have successfully completed your studies in the field of engineering, quality or equivalent You have been working for at least 3 years in the field of quality management or in a technical field You speak currently French and English, German is a strong asset You have advanced knowledge of QSYS and MS Office You are willing to work in a team, and have strong communication skills You are a good negotiator, and you show a high level of commitment Our Offer
