You will act as a Business Partner for our production site in Baar and be the main point of contact when it comes to financial matters. For this varied role, we are looking for someone with a strong business understanding, a forward-thinking and solution-oriented approach and who enjoys working in a team. SAP knowledge and fluency in German is a mandatory requirement.

This is what you can move

  • Responsible for calculating standard costings and monitoring manufacturing costs
  • Utilize your SAP knowledge to maintain and update all ERP related parameters to ensure accurate standard costings
  • Create reports and analyze variances from standard costs and budget
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and monthly results for Operations Medela
  • Continuous optimization of controlling processes and collaboration on exciting projects
  • Advise and support the Operations department in the preparation of investment proposals, business cases, etc. to increase productivity and cost efficiency
  • Support in analyzing monthly purchase price performance
  • Manage accruals as part of the monthly close for production related cost centers
  • Collaborate with the inventory team during regular cycle counts
  • What you bring along

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in a relevant subject area.
  • At least three years of experience in Operations Controlling in a manufacturing company
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory
  • Experience in S4 HANA (SAP) is an advantage, interest in taking
  • Analytical thinking, proactive personality who would like to develop further
  • Power BI and Cognos experience an advantage.
  • Ability to handle large amounts of data in a structured, systematic and accurate manner, analyze it and apply it to the operational business
  • Ability to manage and translate complex topics to non-finance team members
