KG Organization Gas Services Business Unit Central Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day  Omnivise T3000 is one of the leading control systems in the energy market. As Siemens Energy own control system it plays an important role in the global energy transition. Product Management (PM) is the function responsible for defining desirable, viable, feasible, and sustainable solutions that meet customer needs and supporting development across the product life cycle. Your main tasks as PM Substation Automation within the control system Omnivise T3000 in a multinational team, is being responsible for Omnivise T3000 with the ability to design the control system that will support the energy transition by exploring and gathering qualitative and quantitative insights about market dynamics, user preferences and customer requirements. These insights define both business strategy and technical strategy and produce the feature backlog.  How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Define the product and innovation strategy for Substation Automation within Omnivise T3000, aligning with market needs and the overall portfolio vision
  • Coordinate support from offshore development locations, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration
  • Represent customer and stakeholder requirements, driving their incorporation into the product roadmap
  • Lead the commercialization process, including the development of marketing and sales materials for the rollout
  • Prioritize and coordinate multiple requirements, ensuring alignment with the defined development process
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers and Product Owners across agile teams to ensure smooth development and delivery
  • What You Bring
  • / Master’s degree in information technology or electronic technology or comparable
  • Understanding of the energy market and the related implications for control systems as well as deep understanding of modern control systems like Omnivise T3000 incl. DCS, PLC, SCADA & Substation automation
  • Proven track record in Product Management or associated fields, Jira knowledge is a benefit
  • Experience with agile working methods like Scrum, SAFe or others
  • Communication and leadership skills to align with multinational partners and to plan and coordinate multiple team activities
  • Dedicated and intrinsically motivated to take ownership of work as well as advanced communication skills to work closely with relevant collaborators
