In this pivotal role, you will work cross function to document current processes and present optimization opportunities in order to bring our organization to the next level.

Your tasks
Project lead of the Hitachi Energy Power Conversion Process Mapping project
Implementation to the management system, including achievement of key milestones required by the Business
Work with individual process owners to document as-is business processes
Analyze actual processes with a focus on identifying interconnections and optimizing
Mapping local processes to global processes and identify gaps and propose process optimization
Connection to previous quality issues, analysis of causes and identification of potential process optimization
Ensure process documentation, process flow diagrams etc.is accurately reflected and update in Global Quality Management System
Creation and tracking of action plans including reporting
Develop the role description for process owner and ensure all are adequately trained to fulfil this function
Development of optimization potential in relation to digitalization
Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across all operations teams
Your profile
Degree in engineering (e.g. industrial engineering or process engineering)
Initial practical experience in the field of process optimization desirable
Basic technical understanding
Good communication skills
Knowledge of structured problem solving, lean production and value stream methodologies is an advantage
Very good knowledge of German and English
Independent, proactive, reliable and structured way of working
