Our international client is currently searching for a Principal Wafer Fab Process Development Engineer to join the technology development team. The role will involve working with initial technology conception, resulting in technology specifications and process architecture. The technology development engineer will ultimately become the owner of technology related design and generation rules. Providing guidance and inputs to process engineers within the fab will be an important part of the role.<br><br> Required skills for the Principal Wafer Fab Development Engineer will include:<br><ul><li>Strong semiconductor manufacturing experience including process, integration and device physics</li><li>Specific knowledge in lithography-etch-metrology areas</li><li>Embedded NVM highly desirable</li><li>Strong communication and data analysis skills</li><li>Master degree in Science or Engineering</li></ul>Please contact Rachel Anderson for further details.
