Our Zurich based client is currently searching for a R&amp;D Process Engineer within the PIC technology world. The role will involve designing, developing and implementing innovative process modules within state of the art R&amp;D and production clean-rooms. Working closely with photonic R&amp;D teams will be required as well as assisting in integrating new processes into production ensuring they meet the highest quality and reliability standards.<br><br> Required skills for the PIC R&amp;D Process Engineer will include:<br><ul><li>Strong integrated photonics process development experience&nbsp;</li><li>Semiconductor process experience (e-beam lithography, UV/DUV stepper lithography, contact mask lithography, DLW, plasma etching (ICP, RIE, IBE, etc.), wet etching, thin-film deposition (CVD, LPCVD, PECVD, Sputtering, etc.), and metallisation)</li><li>Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills</li><li>Degree (Master or PhD) in Photonics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field</li></ul>Please contact Rachel Anderson for further details.
