Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for the research and development of European washing machine technology, focusing on optimizing cleaning performance, energy efficiency, and user experience.
- Develop and execute laboratory test plans to validate washing performance and identify opportunities for enhancements.
- Analyse data from performance tests determine root causes of any performance issues.
- Work closely with the product development team to identify and implement solutions to performance issues, ensure a successful launch in Europe and competitive advantages of new products.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to development team.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of work experience in the field of product development preferably in the home appliance industry.
- Solid understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer principles as they relate to washing systems.
- Familiar with Laundry Care-related EN standards and EU commission regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
