We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Engineer (Identity & Collaboration Services) to manage and enhance our organization's identity, collaboration, and security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in managing directory services, Azure Identity, device management, security solutions, and cloud collaboration tools. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the seamless operation, security, and scalability of our IT ecosystem.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer and maintain Directory Services and Domain Controllers

Manage Active Directory (AD), including Group Policy Objects (GPO)

Oversee Azure Identity components: Microsoft Entra Connect, Enterprise Apps, App Registrations, Entra ID, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)

Administer Azure Management & Governance for subscriptions, device management, and mobile device management (MDM) using Intune

Manage and support device provisioning, patch management, and compliance using SCCM and Intune

Oversee Azure Analytics, specifically Synapse Analytics for business-critical KPI monitoring

Manage SharePoint Online and Teams Admin Center to support collaboration and communication needs

Administer Exchange/Exchange Online (EXO) for mailbox management, distribution lists, and email-related configurations

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or a similar role

Proven expertise in Active Directory, Azure Identity, and Group Policy

Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, and MDM solutions

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Azure Security Center, and incident response processes

Experience managing SQL databases and analytics tools such as Synapse Analytics

Proficiency in administering SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online

Solid understanding of server deployment and integration processes
