Main Responsibilities:
Engaging with stakeholders to identify and capture their requirements; Analyzing and documenting business needs to ensure that they are clear, complete, and aligned with business goals; Creating process models to document and understand current business processes; Identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; Working with IT teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and align with technological capabilities; Validating solutions through testing, ensuring that they meet specified requirements and function as intended; Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear and effective communication; Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring that all parties are kept informed of project progress and changes; Preparing detailed documentation of business requirements, process maps, use cases, and other relevant materials; Creating and presenting reports and updates to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on analysis. Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant Swiss working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required; At least 5 years of experience as Senior Business Analyst in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry; Generalist knowledge about top floor and shop floor processes, data models, IT/OT architectures and systems incl. Integrations; Excellent Service Management knowledge: Proven experience in pharma manufacturing processes; Experience in business partnering, ability to quickly learn new business domains and processes; Strong stakeholder management, communication and conflict management skills; Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); ITOT experience is a great plus.
