Responsibilities:

  • In our Wound Care Division you support the team regarding the marketing strategy and the marketing mix
  • You work closely together with your colleagues for the development of pricing strategies for the product portfolio and the continuous improvement of processes
  • You will continuously monitor market trends, developments, and competitor activities in order to give ideas for the development and positioning of our products
  • Furthermore, you will be part of the Product Lifecycle Management and Brand Management for the area of responsibility
  • Additionally, you will support in projects in accordance with the HARTMANN Project Standards (PLP, PRINCE2)
  • You will work close with internal departments of HARTMANN

Qualifications:

  • You have a university degree in scientific or business linked studies or equivalent
  • You also have first professional experience in marketing, ideally gained in an international context and in the medical environment
  • Ideally you have experience in working in cross-functional (matrix) and multi-cultural context
  • You have a constructive and open manner of collaboration and communication combined with intercultural competence
  • Further you have a high market and customer orientation along with interpersonal skills and creative drive
  • Fluency in English; German skills are a plus
