Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical/industrial engineering or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in industrial engineering in the field of machining and project management Experience with methods for process analysis and improvement, such as Lean Production or Six Sigma In-depth experience and knowledge of machining manufacturing to understand and optimize production processes In-depth knowledge of modern manufacturing technologies and processes Knowledge of statistics and data analysis for the evaluation of production data and identification of critical processes Knowledge in the analysis of cost structures Good knowledge of German and English Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and independent way of working Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as a proactive demeanor
