Research and analysis of patents and technical developments Strategic planning and implementation of patent strategies Preparation of patent applications in collaboration with external patent attorneys Monitoring patent cases Advising & training internal teams on patent issues Hardskills
A degree in engineering or comparable qualification is required Several years of in-depth experience in patent work, particularly in dealing with patent databases and patent law, is essential for this role Ideally, you have supplemented your expertise in the patent system with training and further education Advanced knowledge in the technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering, process engineering, medical technology) is a great advantage A good level of German and English is a prerequisite Softskills
