Are you a trailblazer passionate about the convergence of automotive and IoT? Do you have a knack for building relationships and driving growth in dynamic markets?
My client is a start up providing services within the future mobility industry, and they are growing!
There are currently 3 Business Development Managers, where you will have the opportunity to; grow sales channels and current accounts in the future mobility and IoT space.
What you'll do:
- Spearhead Sales Growth: Identify and develop new sales channels within the automotive landscape, targeting OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers, SMEs, and explore offshoring opportunities in North Africa (think Egypt!).
- Forge Strategic Partnerships: Build strong connections and establish business leads, driving customer acquisition and propelling our company forward.
- Lead & Inspire: You'll manage a team of seasoned professionals (2 full-time with 10 & 7 years of experience, and 1 part-time) fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Free Up Strategic Focus: As you take charge of daily operations, our current leader can dedicate their expertise to crafting long-term strategy, creating a powerful synergy.
To thrive in this role, you'll possess:
- Fluency in German: A non-negotiable, as strong German language skills are crucial for success.
- Proven Sales Acumen: A track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships is a must.
