Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer Collaboration: Provide expert advice and manage projects related to instrumentation and control (I&C) systems.
  • Budget and Scope Oversight: Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to delivery specifications for I&C components.
  • Concept Development: Design control and operational concepts (programming of control systems is not required).
  • Equipment Specification: Define technical requirements and specifications for I&C equipment.
  • Procurement Support: Collaborate with the supply chain team to select and procure I&C components.
  • Documentation: Prepare technical documents and reports for customers and suppliers.
  • Supplier Coordination: Oversee and expedite subcontractors involved in I&C equipment supply.
  • On-Site Engagement: Participate in project-related meetings at customer facilities as needed.
  • Commissioning Support: Assist field service teams during system commissioning at customer locations.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct factory acceptance tests to ensure system functionality.
  • Sales Support: Occasionally contribute to pre-sales activities, including technical consultations.


What You Bring:

  • Educational Background: Degree from a university of applied sciences in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Proven track record in a similar role, particularly in plant instrumentation engineering.
  • Process Control Expertise: Familiarity with control systems for process technology is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid IT skills, especially with MS Office Suite.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English.
