to the 'AnalyticalDevelopment
& Innovation Lab Manager'
inthe Global Analytical Development organization, this rolerepresents an
opportunity to significantly contribute tothe high-tech analytical
laboratories in the BDC, byconducting analytical testing, data evaluation and reporting,to
ensure the delivery of our specialty innovatorBiotech pipeline to patients.

Your Role:

• Conductroutine analytical
  testing in at least one of thefollowing areas (liquid chromatography,
  electrophoresis, mass spectrometry, PCR systems, spectrophotometersand
  readers) for process development of biotherapeuticswith minimal
  supervision, including methodimplementation, qualification, non-GMP
  analysis,troubleshooting, as well as early phase stability testing,
  capitalizing on organizational and operational flexibility inBDC.
  Calculate results and report data, including trendanalysis, as required.
  Contribute to the data reviewprocess according to the established quality
  requirements.
• Make use of automatized and
  digital systems in BDC to generate, document and reportresults.
• Provide input and identify
  problems with scientific experiments in related areas; contributeto
  laboratory investigations and troubleshooting; meetquality and safety
  standards.
• Impact the effectiveness of
  own work team through the quality and timeliness of the workproduced,
  working to achieve objectives and meetdeadlines.
• Manage own workload and
  expands technical and scientific contribution by exchanging ideasand
  information effectively in a concise and logicalway and collaborating
  withcolleagues.
• Recommend improvements to
  existing systems, processes, techniques orprograms.
• Engage and execute on
  training program, with focus on performance and personaldevelopment.

Qualifikationen

Who you are:

• Technicaldegree in
  Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, orBiotechnology
• 2+ years hands-onexperience
  in analytical testing , in at least one ofthe following areas (liquid
  chromatography,electrophoresis, mass spectrometry, PCR,
  spectrophotometry, generic tests);
• Knowledge ofEmpower is a
  plus
• Preferredhands-on experience
  with laboratory informationsystems, digital tools, automation
  technologies andlean principles
• Highly motivated and
  self-driven, and multi-task to support department andbusiness objectives
• Curiosity and open mindedto
  new tools &technology
• English fluent, French is an
  asset
