What to Expect:

• Be the go-to person for all technical inquiries and issues, providing top-notch support.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
• Take charge of hardware/software installation, network configuration, and actively participate in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands & eyes support).
• Analyze, document, and resolve system and application errors effectively.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in 2nd Level IT Support.
• Ideally, knowledge of Apple Devices (iOS).
• Strong software and hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in a Microsoft environment.
• Excellent communication skills in fluent German and good English for daily use.
